1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing bets through the xk444 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement becomes effective immediately upon your first use of the platform or upon clicking any "Accept" or "Continue" button during the account registration process.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on xk444, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. xk444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be located in or be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from xk444 or affiliated platforms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

All users must complete the registration process to access real-money games and sports betting on xk444. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. xk444 complies with KYC (Know Your Customer) policies and may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

• Each person is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. xk444 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• You must notify xk444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• xk444 may suspend or close accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable regulations regarding dormant account balances.

Should xk444 identify that a user holds more than one account, the additional account(s) will be closed without notice, all bonus funds forfeited, and any outstanding winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

xk444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following verified local payment channels. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the limits and processing times set out below.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at xk444's sole discretion.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit whenever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols.
• xk444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending KYC verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes raised through a payment provider without first contacting xk444 support will result in account suspension and may incur a processing fee.

All transactions are final once confirmed. xk444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network disruptions outside our control. Processing times are typically within 1–3 business days for withdrawals, subject to verification status.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

xk444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of both the general terms herein and any promotion-specific terms.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be requested. The rollover multiplier for each promotion is specified on the relevant bonus page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

• Players found to be abusing bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting software errors, or coordinating with others to circumvent wagering requirements — will have bonuses voided and accounts permanently closed.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xk444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to access, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or data systems by any means, including hacking, bot usage, or automated scripts.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, running a gambling business through xk444 without authorization, or acting as an agent for third-party wagering.
• Colluding with other players or employees of xk444 to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Registering using false personal details, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.

xk444 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required. Any winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be declared null and void, and those funds will be forfeited in their entirety.

7. Intellectual Property
